If you are staying in Siebnen or close-by feel free to join us at our house, we would love to spend time with you. Weather permitting we can enjoy a relaxing time in the garden. Nothing is planned so just drop by.
The bus and train service around this area are regular and reliable. Timetables for both can be found on sbb.ch.
Don’t forget to buy a ticket before boarding any train.
Take a walk up Mount Etzel for fantastic views over Lake Zürich to the north and the Sihlsee to the south. There is a cafe at the top, if you need any more encouragement!
Soak up the vibrant atmosphere at Rapperswsil Castle and Rose Gardens and whilst there why not taste the delicious ice-cream at Dieci Gelateria.
Why not go to the Lindt factory outlet in Lachen for some chocoalate retail therapy.
Take a boat trip on Lake Zürich and visit the Monastery Island of Ufenau.
Visit the splendour of Einsiedeln Abbey and the famous Black Madonna and whilst there take in a drink and sample the local baked goods at Tulipan Bistro.
Get yourself a bit further into the Swiss hills (Heidi style) by taking a short bus trip up to Innerthal for a pleasant walk around Wagitalersee and to see the dam.
Or if you just fancy a nice drink and croissant close-by why not try Backerei Bruhin in Siebnen.
Please do not feel obliged to get us a gift, as your presence on our wedding day is a gift in itself. However, we would always welcome opportunities to spend more time with you whether it be dinner, a day out or a weekend away.
